Responsibilities:

• Leads the entire team of Macau local staff to source and develop assorted and competitive high quality products of all categories for meeting our customer needs
• Maximizes the sales profit through identifying sales opportunities, optimising the product ranges, devising and launching of promotion activities
• Oversees and conducts market research for developing competitive category management strategies, concepts and determining the selling price

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Solid experience in category management in FMCG/retail industry and at least with 2 years’ in supervisory role
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability
• Good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
• With Macau citizenship is an advantage
