The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management of a group of stores through developing and motivating store managers and frontline staff to ensure consistent improvement in the  delivery of customer proposition. 

• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 8 years management experience in chain store operations or supermarket 
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a high performance team to achieve business targets
• Strong commercial sense, excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
