The Opportunity
The Manager will lead a team to provide agency contracting, licensing, compensation related administrative and operational support to our agents . S/he has to develop and implement workflows and procedures to ensure the service quality and regulatory compliance. S/he will also need to participate in service improvement initiatives as well as various ad hoc projects to support agency and implementation of new regulatory requirements. Besides, s/he has to work closely with the field force and the internal counterparties to ensure the smooth operations of all courses.

We are looking for someone with:
• Degree holder with at least 8 years relevant work experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in agency administration and operations
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skill and customer focus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word-processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
On the job you will:
• To lead a team to provide timely and accurate agency administration of contracting, licensing, benefits, payment, office administration services and to support budgeting and vendor management
• To comply with both regulatory and internal compliance requirements including but not limited to AML, FATCA, CRS, Privacy
• To deliver regular agency training related to agency administration services
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to enhance operational standards and efficiency as assigned
