The position will facilitate agency channel to conduct IFP business in all aspect. And to support company key initiatives to drive IFP business and conduct product and operation training to agency channel.

The candidate reports to Macau Sales Development which is responsible for performance uplift for agency force and provides supports in Business Development, Events Management, Sales and Promotion, and Agency Training.

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience, at least three years with insurance- experience in the life insurance industry
• Front-line sales, training and customer services experience preferred
• Able to conduct training /presentation in Cantonese, Putonghuaand English
• Insurance Product knowledge and willingness to learn new products and procedures
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer centric and result oriented
• Good team player while working independently
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
On the job you will:
• Deliver overall Macau sales target in Commission, Premium, and full spectrum of Individual Financial Products
• Drive sales of H&P and help agency to diversify a healthy product mix contributing to growth in NBV
• Provide top-notched sales support to agency such as clearing pending cases on monthly basis
• Maintain strong relationship with agency and grow their loyalty to Manulife
• Serve as a bridge of communication for Agency and Business Units
