I T Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform monitoring, troubleshooting and regular administration/ maintenance on IT infrastructure including server and network administration.
- To maintain and deploy end-points (computers, workstation, POS and other IT devices) at Macau Airport operation.
- To manage local IT assets. Responsible for IT procurement, inventory management and license renewal activities
- To liaise with external vendors and coordinate with other IT team members on the resolution of IT incidents and IT project deployments
- To maintain & document procedures, practices and configurations.
- To handle other ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
• Tertiary education or above in Computer Science / Information System / Information
Technology or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
- Holder of professional certificate in Microsoft or Cisco product will be advantage.
- Preferably with POS experience and retail background.
- Customer service oriented, team oriented, positive and cheerful attitude
- Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in English.
