System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical support for applications includes POS, hotel PMS and other Shiji products
• Hardware and software installation and configuration
• Liaise with clients in seeking for the best use of system solutions to enhance operation workflow
• Participate in project implementation as required
• Provide on-site & off-site support to the clients
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all customers and employees

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Fresh graduate may also be considered
• Basic knowledge in network infrastructure, PC, Windows Severs, Web applications, SQL or Linux
• Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) and hotel PMS systems or supporting hospitality software products would be an advantage
• Willing to perform shift duties and work during weekends and statutory holidays
• Good team player and good communication skills with all level of users
• Good planning and analytical skills with positive attitude
