Responsibilities

• Work with Customer Services team to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with internal and external parties regarding logistics and warehousing issues
• Look for areas for improvement with logical approach and suggestion for improvement
• Understand the complete logistics chain in distribution, warehousing & freight forwarding
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fresh graduate from reputable university in any discipline - Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint etc)
• Positive working attitude, self-starter and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
