Assistant Manager – Logistics Solutions 助理物流方案經理

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project's P&L, providing regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and the management team
• Monitor the logistics process and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Set and achieve KPIs agreed upon with the client, and conduct regular internal KPI reviews
• Follow up and make necessary recommendations on existing or potential business
• Streamline operations workflows to achieve cost-effectiveness
• Identify and manage logistics-related risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to minimize potential issues

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Exposure to the F&B operation would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with import/export operations
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions and work under pressure
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, self-motivation, problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
