Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity of the hotel facilities, including the operation,
maintenance and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, fire
and personal safety, building safety conditions and fixed assets.
- Ensure established position procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed.
Job Requirements:
- Have relevant professional qualifications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Cantonese/Mandarin/English) and management skills.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience and with international hotel chains is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel operations relating to Safety and Security, good leadership skills and training conducting skills.
