Field Service Engineer

Salary range: 15-25K

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site end-user tech support 
• Completing site surveys to troubleshoot for existing systems with inadequate coverage. Report findings to the management
• Assisting in warehouse maintenance and inventory.
• Provide regular monthly system maintenance report and summary

Requirements:

• Macau ID holder only
• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Telecommunication/IT/Computer/Electronics
• 1 year relevant working experiences on IT support / radio infrastructure or base station related works, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
