IT support Technician

Salary range: 15 - 22K

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site end-user tech support 
• Support network infrastructure and application
• Conduct device hardware/sofware intallation and config such as PC, POS, NAS, WIFI and other system
• Assisting in warehouse maintenance and inventory.
• daily work summary report to management

Requirements:

• Macau ID holder only
• Have a diploma or above in computer science or a related field
• 1 year or above of IT support experiences
• Familiar with windows and Mac operating system
• Good communication, problem solving understanding skills 
• Holder of Safety Card 
• Experience in server/network equipment maintenance is a plus
