1) 1) Oversee the daily front-of-the
house operations of the restaurant.
管理餐廳樓面之日常運作
2) 2) Maintain and ensure customer
service meets company standards consistently.
確保客戶服務維持一致並符合公司標準
3) 3) Monitor the weekly roster
scheduling.
監察每星期的工作更期表之安排
4) 4) Execute daily, weekly and
monthly reports.
預備每日、每星期及每月結算的相關報告
5) 5) Coach staff to maintain an
efficient and friendly service standard.
為同事進行培訓,以維持有效率及友善的服務水準
6) 6) Act as an ambassador for the
store & able to establish good customer relationship.
成為店舖大使及建立良好顧客關係
Requirements工作要求:
1) 1) Minimum 5 year’s fine dining
operations experience required, preferably in Western Cuisine operation.
須具有至少5年高級餐廳之營運管理經驗,西餐營運經驗為佳
2) 2) Good command of written and
spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is required.
良好中英文讀寫能力,能以流利國語及英語溝通
3) 3) Strong customer service mindset.

4) 4) Positive and energetic.
