Descriptions 工作範疇/職責:
1) Ensure all food is produced to the
highest standard of freshness and taste.
確保廚房製作出最優質的食物
2) Follow and enforce all recipes and
standards for food production.
遵循公司標準及食譜以製作食品
3) Source best quality ingredients and
incorporate them into the relevant outlet’s menus.
協助搜尋最優質的食材,並將食材運用至各餐廳的餐單設計
4) Conduct daily checks of quality of
produced items.
每天為製作食品進行品質檢查
5) Ensure proper handling, storage and
usage of raw and cooked materials.
確保正確處理、儲存及使用生熟材料
6) Ensure best-possible stock turnover
to ensure freshness of products.
確保庫存能以最佳狀況運轉而保證產品的新鮮
7) Ensure daily orders are issued in a
timely manner.
確保每天的訂單得以及時處理
8) Ensure compliance with established
yield tests, recipes, cost cards and technical worksheets.
確保遵守已建立的流量測試、食譜、成本控制及操作指引
Requirements 工作要求:
1) 2-4 years’ experience in similar
capacity with restaurant and hotel background, preferably in Western cuisine
operations.
至少2至4年於餐廳及酒店以相等職位之工作經驗,具有西餐營運經驗為佳
2) Good command of spoken Cantonese
& Mandarin is required, with basic spoken English is a bonus.
以良好廣東話及國語溝通,懂簡單英語溝通可獲優先考慮
3) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications.
懂簡單操作微軟辦公軟件
