JOB DESCRIPTION

1.      Forecast and manage project material / equipment costs. Provide suggestions on sourcing.

2.      Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying tasks throughout projects.

3.      Liaise with Finance on cost management and maintaining a positive cash flow. Ensure project completion within projected budget.

4.      Liaise with client / contractors / subcontractors to monitor progress, carry out site measurement, review and verify variation claims.

5.      Work closely with Project Manager on managing suppliers and subcontractors, as well as preparing documents such as tenders, BQ, payment applications, claim applications and other documents required.

6.      Settle payment and relevant issues with client / contractor / subcontractors.

REQUIREMENTS

1.          Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related disciplines.

2.          Preferably 5 years’ relevant experience.

3.          Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

4.          Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

5.          Macau ID holder only.
