Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage project costs and ensure
project completion within projected budget.
2. Prepare documents including but
not limited to tenders, BQ, contracts, budgets, method statements, RFI,
material submissions, progress reports.
3. Work closely with Engineers to
track construction progress and changes and adjust budget projections
accordingly.
4. Manage subcontractors and
suppliers.
5. Resolve issues. To be
continually alert to means and methods by which operations can be approved
where appropriate.
6. Supervise the monitoring and
utilization of equipment / material stocks to minimize expenses.
7. Ensure adherence to all health
and safety standards and report issues.
8. Attend meetings as required by
client / contractor.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or
related disciplines.
2. Preferably 6 years’ relevant
experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered for a Project
Engineer role.
3. Strong project management,
communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
4. Fluent in spoken and written
Chinese and English.
5. Proficiency in project
software.
6. Macau ID holder only.
