Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Bank

Responsibilities:

• Work independently in exploring business opportunity with both existing and potential clients through a consultative approach by understanding customers’ needs and provide value added solutions that will maximize revenue against risks;
• Assess credit standing, structure and obtain approvals for new credit facilities;
• Maintain relationship by giving periodic business calls to existing clients and prepare credit proposal for facilities renewal;
• Monitor and control bad debt under bank credit policy / procedures; and
• Serve as a referral point of cross-selling to other business departments of the bank.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Business Studies;
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in commercial lending;
• Knowledge of credit analysis, good communication skill;
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
