Responsibilities:

·         Solicit clients and provide services according to their needs

·         Advise clients on residential sales and purchases / office / retail leasing issues

·         Negotiate terms of tenancy agreement

·         Participate in sole agency instructions / projects

·         Perform in an efficient, proactive and professional manner to meet client’s requirements

Requirements:

·         Holder of a valid Macau Estate Agent's Licence

·         Min. 2 year experience in real estate industry

·         Candidate with higher qualifications and more experience will also be considered and offered higher position

·         Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills

·         Excellent command of both spoken and written English / Cantonese / Mandarin
