Responsibilities

• Ensure transaction activities of account maintenance and service, loan transaction processing, trade & factoring transactions, operations support and funding related activities etc completed as per established procedures 
• Act as main contact point customers and other service partners for applications and transactions
• Assist the Dept head to develop action plan to improve productivity and minimize operational risk
• Lead, coach and develop the team members to achieve the section's goal and to complete their assignments
• Participate in User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and other business and project initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• 4 years relevant banking operations experience is an advantage
• With people management skills preferable
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
