Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the
bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic
focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and
innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes
and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking
delivery channels.
Responsibility
- Perform reconciliation of cheques, cash accounts, General Ledger
Account Ownership ("GLAO") etc as an independent party;
- Conduct check and control tasks
- Handle returned mails as an independent party;
- Carry out the activities of Finacle local parameter team;
- Handle Cheque clearing;
- Handle general office administration work such as mailing, filing
etc;
- Maintain various documentations such as operating delegation of
authority; power to sign; user access rights, process risk maps, SOP,
Organization chart, bank signatory booklets etc to ensure up-to-date
- Prepare MIS reports, performance reporting, risk metrics and other
miscellaneous reports;
- Participate in project initiatives and business development of the
department;
- Assist in ad hoc tasks or project assignments
