§      Prepare for the sales launch of property development

§      Liaise and negotiate with prospective customers, estate agencies and service providers

§      Minimum 3 years sales experience and gained from property developer is preferable

§      Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua

§      Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

§      Irregular working hour may be required

§      Candidate with less experience will be considered to the post of Sales Executive
