職位要求:
Take charge in the co-ordination, monitoring and management in the operations,
housekeeping and logistics of contractors on site
To review the program of contractors/sub-contractors and monitoring site work
progress
Work with the project consultants to evaluate and monitor the interfacing requirements
for various contractors working concurrently and effectively
Facilitate site operations and logistics including materials delivery and access control of
contractors and suppliers
Coordinate the inspection process led by the consultants for contractors and
sub-contractors
Certificate or above in Construction or Building related discipline
About 15 years of experience in a responsible position for site operations and
management
Previous experience as a Site Manager of building projects preferred
Experience gained with a building contractor on sizeable projects would be an
advantage
Fluent in written / spoken English and Chinese
