Designer (CAD) 

Responsibilities:

l   Handle design and working drawings together with documentation process.

l   Plan and manage submission schedules for shopdrawings to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements.

l   Prepare RFI with sketches and manage updates of shopdrawings in accordance with latest design intention

l   Assist Design Manager in preparing sketches for drawing production

l   Attend design workshop meeting where necessary

Requirements:

l   Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.

l   At least 3 years working experience in Interior design/ fitting-out work from construction field. Experience in high-end residential, hotel & retail projects is preferred.

l   High proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge in working drawings.

l   Good presentation and time management skills.

l   Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.

l   Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.

l   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer.
