The Role
Delivery is a very exciting time for customers who are preparing to take ownership of their Tesla. The Delivery Operation Specialist serves as a liaison between the local delivery and supporting teams to consistently and professionally prepare for customer deliveries. This position has a direct impact on our delivery promise as customers take ownership of their new vehicles.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the delivery center
• Monitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.
• Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashion
• Work cross-functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.
• Record information and ensure data quality in our CRM and other systems
• Work with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prep
• Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand values
• Other responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
• Ability to work across multiple systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Administrative and customer-facing experience preferred
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Business level of English skills
• Driver license holder
