• Degree holder with at least 5 years above retail management experience
• An in-depth knowledge of fashion retail operations with strong business acumen
• Identify business risk and opportunity, ability to think strategically at a high level, define and lead the implementation of plans to meet resulting identified needs
• Strong leadership, able to work with people with different levels and good at influence and collaboration
• Self-starter who thrives on a fast placed entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
