Project Manager (Ref. No: #0003)

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ business and business issues, serve as a trusted advisors to drive effective solutions
• Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental project proposals, scope of work, schedules and staffing plans
• Ensure PCNs are clearly communicated to clients and approved
• Build and maintain effective client relationship, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood & responded to in a timely way
• Participate & encourage team players in creative brainstorming, with the aim of generating ideas for clients
• Ensure regular team meetings, manage communications between team members and make sure all deadlines are met
• Communicate with vendors and requesting for quotations
• Budget coordination, stage management, production coordination and logistic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in event management or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• A team leader who is able to work independently and under pressure
• Well-organized, mature and responsible
• Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Chinese, good command in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Well-versed in computer skills (Word & Excel is a must)
