Roles and Responsibilities

• Optimize procurement processes by implementing digital tools and technologies
• Evaluate current processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Research and evaluate digital procurement solutions that align with organizational needs and oversee their implementation
• Collaborate on change management plans to drive organizational change through digital procurement processes and technologies
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from procurement data to improve cost savings, supplier selection and supply chain risk mitigation
• Lead digital procurement transformation projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives and timelines, and to monitor and manage the risks along the process

Requirements

• Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology Management, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Certifications in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics or Supply Chain will be an advantage
• Computer Literacy
• Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Satisfactory level of literacy on Information Technology and related data analytics tools
• Language Skills
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good command of Mandarin
• Others
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, digital transformation or related roles
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and manage stakeholders, influencing and inspiring procurement professionals
• Demonstrated project management skills with knowledge of methodologies and tools
• Excellent interpersonal, report writing and presentation skills; enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Stay abreast on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital procurement
