Station Representative - Cargo Customer Airline
Responsibilities:
Main scope: Airline cargo commercial and operation duties
Provide and arrange for the representing airline on:
- cargo crew backup, clerical supports and services such as crew administration, personnel documentation and data processing duties;
- Distribute crew schedule information provided by the Carrier to all parties concerned
- Arrange accommodation and transport for crew layover
- Communicate with Airline headoffice
- Monthly safety & security, on-time performance application and coordination in flight day
- Participate in Airport Authority, Airline and related parties meeting
- Review of manuals and ensure compliance
- AHL case support
Other functions shall be extended to:
- customer (cargo agents/forwarders) relationships management
- cargo sale and reservations (airline, interline, mail, courier)
- Perform marketing and promotional activities
- Perform market data (IATA CargoIS, World ACD, etc.) analysis, digital sales and overseas consignee sales;
- Support Airline cargo related projects and campaigns; IT system, Payments and other product developments
- Coordinate with customers operations teams
- Support and supervise airport cargo warehouse/ramp operations (O&D CTOs/GHAs, cargo build-up/breakdown, x-ray, cargo loading/unloading, etc.) as required
- Support NX GBA air cargo connectivity/trucking developments & any special handling;
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience at supervisory level or above
- Aviation experience is required, preferably with cargo/logistics knowledge and industry connections/network
- Flexible and willing to work independently on different schedules and tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication skill, sales oriented and self-initiative
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) & English
