Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Macau based)

Candidate must be a Macau resident.

·       Degree holder in relevant subject - BSc Quantity Surveying / Building;

·       10 year post-grad experience in  Consultant / Contractor / Developer;

·       Strong experience in residential / commercial and retail;

·       Able to manage a number of concurrent projects;

·       Macau experience preferred;

·       Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written;

·       Able to work independently and under pressure.

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
