Candidate must be a Macau resident.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

·        To assist SPM / PM / APM in the execution of his duties

·        To oversee and plan all the site activities

·        To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of construction projects

·        To perform any other duties required to satisfy the project requirement

·        To implement site organisation to achieve time and cost targets for the projects as identified by the SPM / PM / APM

·        To advise SPM / PM / APM on performance of all site staff, equipment and services, whether sub-contracted or employed by the Company

·        To ensure that all aspects of the quality system are enforced on site

·        To ensure that all persons performing quality defined tasks are adequately trained and experienced

·        To liaise with Client on all client‘s complaints

·        To assist Commercial Manager to assess the performance of sub-contractors / suppliers

·        To control the sub-contractors including progress, quality and workmanship and safety practices on site.

·        To co-ordinate the site works with the client, architect, engineer and consultants

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

·        Higher Diploma Holder in appropriate discipline with minimum 10 years relevant experience or having minimum 8 years relevant experiences for Senior Construction  Manager / Construction Manager.

·        MACAU ID holder preferred
