ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER

Responsibilities

• To assist the shop manager handling the day-to-day operation activities in our retail shop 
• To supervise and motivate the Sales Associates to achieve the sales targets and result
• To ensure high quality service to customers
• To develop durable relationships with customers

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years retail experience with luxury brand experience would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Customer service oriented, outgoing and self-motivated
• Applicant who has less experience would be considered as SHOP SUPERVISOR
