Albatross Global Solutions is looking for part time and contract based employees to be brand auditors for luxury brands.

We have been appointed by many high end luxury brands in many industries to assess the customer service in several shops throughout Thailand.

The position is easy, you just act like a normal shopper, and evaluate the service quality of a Sales Advisor, and then fill out a survey.

We are looking for Males and Females, who love shopping and have an interest in luxury brands and whom frequently purchase them. Each Mystery Shopper receives an initial briefing during which we explain what is expected and we will send you all necessary documents. After each survey, our Mystery Shoppers need to answer a questionnaire . Most surveys can be done after office hours or on weekends.
