Role: - Under the direction of General Manager, you are responsible to manage all the activities involved in tendering; pre-tender enquiry and negotiation to ensure such activities are carried out under the company interest and requirements - Establish and maintain working relationship with client, architects, and other relevant external parties to promote OTIS image, products and services - Supervise the sales team to ensure the quality service provided to clients Requirements: - Master Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent discipline - Have sales management experience of 7 years or more - Professional, aggressive, self motivated, customer focused and strong desire to succeed in a Sales Management career - Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese and ability to use computer & other automated selling & reporting tools We offer attractive remuneration package including attractive salary plus rewarding commission scheme, comprehensive fringe benefits with excellent opportunities for promotion and career development will be offered to the right candidates.
