Client Advisor

We’re looking for passionate Client Advisor to deliver premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, retain existing clients and acquire new customers

• Achieve sales KPIs: conversion, cross-selling, upselling

• Provide professional luxury fashion service

• Drive partnership & OTO appointment sales

• Utilize digital tools for sales and client management

• Assist daily store operations if needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years luxury fashion retail experience

• Outgoing personality, strong fashion sense

• Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese; conversational English

• Great communication skills, can work independently

• Experienced in serving VIP clients with solid sales record

• Work on weekends & public holidays

• Immediate start preferred
