Top Luxury Watches Event Welcome Host (6 Months Contract) (Start from Aug 2026)

Our Client A world-renowned Swiss haute horlogerie maison celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, exclusive timepieces and unparalleled client experiences. The brand maintains a prestigious presence in Macau, offering refined hospitality and personalized service within its dedicated House environment.

Contract 6 months (commencing August 2026)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding first impression by warmly greeting and welcoming all clients and visitors with genuine hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail
• Lead daily operations of the House, ensuring seamless coordination of guest flow, tours, appointments and service standards
• Manage and supervise the front-of-house / welcome team to maintain consistent high-quality service delivery and team performance
• Conduct guided House tours, introduce brand concept, facilities, current themes and latest collections, then ensure smooth handoff to Client Consultants
• Oversee appointment calendar management, booking coordination, rearrangements and client data collection via CRM tools
• Support client relationship management by assisting sales team in building and nurturing VIP clientele, planning in-store events and executing CRM programmes
• Provide full F&B and hospitality support (table setting, beverage service, menu presentation, special requests) and assist with hotel / restaurant / transportation bookings
• Handle general line calls, screen and redirect enquiries, take accurate messages and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Perform administrative duties including data cleansing, database maintenance, correspondence, reports and coordination of special events / catering
• Maintain overall presentation standards of the House, support marketing events and contribute to continuous service improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, front-of-house, event hosting or high-end retail welcome roles preferred
• Strong ability to accurately remember and articulate detailed product knowledge of luxury watches
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and client-facing skills with a warm, professional and polished demeanour
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage both daily operations and team members effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Flexible, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Willing to work in Macau (6-month contract)
