About the Role
VIVAIA Macau is looking for an innovative, highly driven, and trend-savvy Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, PR, and social media initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online and offline presence, focusing on amplifying our brand voice across key social platforms (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok) and driving foot traffic to our two local VIVAIA Macau retail stores.
The ideal candidate has strong roots in the fashion industry, exceptional PR resources, and hands-on experience in KOL management, particularly on Xiaohongshu (XHS).
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy: Oversee and aggressively grow our official channels on Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, and TikTok. Utilize your photography and videography skills to capture high-quality, on-trend visual content for daily postings.
PR & Influencer Marketing (KOLs): Identify, vet, and invest in top-tier KOLs and actresses. Manage end-to-end collaborations, particularly on XHS. Spearhead PR efforts by liaising with external PR agencies, fashion magazines, and local news outlets using your existing resources.
Campaign & Retail Marketing: Conceptualize, launch, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently to drive measurable customer flow to our two local shops.
Community Events: Design and host localized community events to encourage local consumption and create a tailored brand experience for our customers.
Visual Merchandising (VM) & Asset Management: Procure and manage offline marketing assets and materials, ensuring our in-store VM is visually striking and aligns perfectly with the brand's aesthetic.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is highly preferred. (The company is willing to sponsor relevant upskilling courses for the right candidate).
Industry Experience: Proven marketing experience, preferably working with fashion brands in Macau.
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, Mandarin, and English to effectively craft copy and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience operating Xiaohongshu is strictly required, including a strong track record of successful KOL selection and engagement.
PR Resources: Proven experience interacting with PR agencies and possessing established contacts within news agencies or fashion magazines.
Tech & AI Proficiency: Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily marketing workflows. Proficient in basic cloud software (e.g., Google Drive).
Creative Skills: Ability to take professional photos and shoot/edit videos is highly preferred.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel to Shenzhen for a 1-month immersive training program under the brand principal.
