Building Services Coordinator (Macau)
Responsibilities:
l Coordinate
and monitor the installation and progress of building services works (HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, fire services, etc.) on fitting-out projects to ensure
compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
l Inspect
and verify workmanship on-site, identify deviations or defects, and follow up
on corrective actions with relevant parties.
l
Liaise with both internal (project
team and design team) and external
parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule
l
Handle site documents and maintain proper documentation at site
Requirements:
l
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical
Engineering;
l 3+ years’ relevant working experience
in interior contracting, including at least 1 year’s site experience in
Building
Services/ Engineering for fitting-out projects
l Good
communication and site management skills
l
Self-motivated,
independent, responsible and hardworking
l
Good command of spoken
and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
