職位要求:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Facilitate daily store operation, administration, management and maintain brand image
Ensure to maximize sales and productivity by well-managing sales and service quality
Monitor targets achievement, contribute to the growth of sales, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
Handle customer complaints and returns by complying to the company regulations
Lead & motivate frontline staffs for sales achievement and excellent customer services to the end-users
Take care of the stock inventories in an effective and organised way and confirm the figures according to the Company’s internal procedures
Coach and train the staff to improve their sales techniques
Assure the general maintenance of the shop and daily managing the maintenance problems
YOU NEED TO BE...
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fashion brands
Customer oriented with proven track record for leading and training a productive team
Passionate with fashion retail industry with positive mindset and willing to take challenge and change
Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
