您將負責通過有效管理商店團隊、提供卓越服務、客戶關係管理(CRM)及執行其他相關公司政策和程序,來實現銷售和最大化盈利。
職責:
- 達成分配的店鋪銷售和關鍵績效指標(KPI)目標
- 與店鋪團隊合作,招募新顧客並通過實施CRM策略與顧客建立長遠和良好關係
- 指導和輔導下屬的表現,並以身作則
- 成為品牌大使,並將品牌精神灌輸給團隊
- 準備各種店鋪銷售報告
- 與視覺陳列團隊合作,維護店鋪的形象和陳列
要求:
- 8-10年零售行業經驗,其中至少4年店鋪管理經驗
- 有奢侈品牌的工作經驗和奢侈品客户群優先
- 具備卓越的銷售能力以及團隊領導,對高端時尚有熱情
- 具備良好的英語和普通話溝通能力
- 具備良好的視覺展示感
- 開放思維、積極向上、自我激勵、勤奮工作、成熟且具團隊合作精神

Job Description
You will be responsible to achieve sales and maximizing profitability
through effective management of the store team, service excellence, CRM and
implementation of other related company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned store sales and KPI targets
·
Work with store team to recruit new VIC and achieve high retention rate
by implementing CRM tactics
·
Coach and mentor subordinates performance and lead by example
·
Be a brand ambassador by instilling retail excellence within the
team
·
Prepare various monthly store report
·
Work with visual merchandising team in maintaining impeccable store image
Requirements:
·
8-10 years' experience in retail industry with at least 4 years at
store supervisory level
·
Previous experience in luxury brand with strong customer network is
preferred
·
Excellency in customer service, passionate with high fashion sense
·
Good communications skills in English and Mandarin
·
Good sense of visual display
·
Open-minded, positive, self-motivated, hardworking, mature and
strong in teamwork
