To
cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the
following position:
Administration Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical
support
- Prepare correspondence and monthly management
reports independently
- Place order from suppliers for office
stationery, cleaning products and other office fixtures
- Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with
service providers on order processing
- Assist in arrangement for office equipment and
facilities maintenance
- To co-ordinate with team
members to complete the task effectively
- Participate in any other ad hoc projects as
assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in
Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years solid
administrative experience
- Mature and proactive with good communication
- Be pleasant, self-motivated, responsible,
reliable and systematic
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word
Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English,
Cantonese and Mandarin
