Officer-Distribution & Supply Chain (1-year Renewable Contract)
Purpose of role:
Support Senior Manager on new Model Registration, Regulation Updates, Market Report & Analysis, Production Rundown and Autoline System
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily routine reporting and vehicle licensing documentations.
- Work closely with Sales and After-Sales to ensure smooth PDI jobs and vehicle delivery services.
- Assist in the logistics, shipments, and importation to ensure smooth & accurate track of goods movement.
- Assist with various operational and administrative duties for the Department.
- Back up daily outdoor works for Supply Chain.
- Ad-hoc reports and projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business or Engineering related disciplines.
- 1-2 years working experience preferrable in vehicle sales administration function.
- Detail-oriented with pleasant communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Holder of valid driving license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS office.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Officer.
