Senior/Client Advisor

BREITLING is an independent watch manufacturer in Switzerland. Due to rapid expansion in Macau, we are looking for new calibre to join our Macao Boutique.

The Client Advisor is responsible to achieve our sales targets, implement superior customer service and to be an Ambassador of the Brand while adhering to our policies and procedures.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Achieve monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets set by the Boutique Manager

·    Knows the products and their availability, technical particularities on horology, the Breitling history, competitors in luxury industry, and share his/her knowledge with the customers

·    Delivers company's customer service standards and co-develops the customer database

·    Assists Boutique Manager with local events and in maintaining the store in accordance with visual directives and presentation standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·    Previous retail experience from high-end consumer products, preferably in luxury watch brands. Product training and overseas training will be offered at different stages.

·    Pleasant, result-oriented and eager to interact with different levels of customers.

·    You will be a well presented individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with our clients in fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

·    You will be confident to communicate to customers in different nationalities and deliver friendly and courteous service to build relationships with customers at the boutique.

·    1 to 2 years retail experience, more experienced will be considered for the position of Senior Client Advisor.
