Due to our business extension, we are looking for high
caliber individual for the following position:
Application Service – Assistant Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise deployment, maintenance, development,
upgrade and support of all IT Applications
- Maintain application stabilities and performance,
assist Application Services team in delivering incident management support and
problem management
- Perform quality assurance before application changes
go into production environment
- Perform application Identity Access Management,
conduct regular users’ access review
- Develop and authenticates application disaster
recovery plans
- Supervise the fulfilment of IT service requests
- Carry project manager role to drive and deliver
application projects. Bridge between users and vendors. Hands on with user
requirement gathering, system design, implementation plan, UAT/SIT, user
training and technical writing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor ’s degree or above in Information Systems,
Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- 5+ years of IT experience especially in the retail
industry
- Familiar with Jasper report, Oracle EBS and Microsoft
LS POS
- Hands-on experience on Tableau or data modelling is an
advantage
- Strong in project and vendor management (certificate
holder of PMP, ScrumMaster is a plus)
- Good business analysis skills with application support
and people management skills
- Team player, high self-motivated and ownership taker
- Able to supervise multiple priorities and work
independently
