Key Responsibilities: 職責
- Manage the company’s key accounts,
including sales channel, distributors and wholesale in Macau 管理公司的主要客戶,包括所有在澳門的銷售渠道、分銷商及批發事務
- Establish and maintain good
relationships with customers to ensure customers satisfaction and business
growth維繫公司與客戶之間的良好關係,以確保客戶的滿意度及業務增長
- Understand the market & our
client’s challenges 瞭解市場及客戶的商機
- Manage sales portfolio and business
development plans in key accounts 管理大客戶的銷售組合和業務發展計劃
- Analyze market trends and set /
implement sales strategies分析市場趨勢 並制定和實施銷售策略
- Identify new business opportunities,
plan and develop sales strategies and network to maximum sales 協助業務開發,蒐集、分析客戶產業及需求 並提案簡報
- Provide business performance and
market updates to senior management 定期向高級管理層匯報公司業務狀況及市場更新
Requirements: 資歷
- Bachelor's
degree文憑或大學畢業程度
- Willing
to work at night 需要夜間工作
- At
least 3 years of experience in wholesales and business development,
relevant experience in luxury product or Wine & Spirit industry is
highly preferred. 具三年或以上批發和業務發展經驗,具奢侈品 或葡萄酒與烈酒行業相關經驗者優先
- Good
customer relationship management and sales skills良好客戶關係及銷售管理技巧
- Strong
communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill 良好溝通、人際關係和演說能力
- Highly
Creative, Energetic, Dynamic, Hardworking, Resilient 富有創造力、充滿活力、勤奮
- Good
communication skills with proficient command of spoken and written English
and Chinese and Mandarin良好中英文普通話書寫及溝通技巧
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team 能夠獨立工作並融入團隊之中
