Achieve sales target both in volume and value

Visit key outlets in Macau on a regular basis and
maintain/develop relationship with key customers including the F&B team, sommeliers,
and bartenders

Analyze/consolidate report of
sales/stock/price/promotion/distribution in Macau, working hand in hand with the distributor, including PR monthly business review (sales/stock data should be
systemized and assignment is to focus on the analysis)

Manage PR Budget and Plan to develop
strategy/plans, as well as analyze sales trend and prepare business reviews
forecasts for annual (B/LE) and monthly basis

Monitor and improve PVA (distributors,
visibility with merchandising, activations) of PR products in key outlets in
Macau with distributor and Marketing team

Support and coordinate event execution and
brand activations in Macau with the Marketing team

Conduct training and tasting for trade
partners and their key consumers about PR products, mainly focusing on
Cigars/Wine & Spirits in Macau

Actively seek new business opportunities to
increase profits and channel penetration of PR products.

Leverage different resources to collect
market intelligence and report on competitors’ activities.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Degree holder in business relevant discipline
- Solid sales experience, preferably in Cigar/Wine&Spirits
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese (possibly Mandarin) and English
- Proactive, mature, outgoing with result-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Presentable with good communication and negotiation skill
- Energetic, proactive with good organizational and time management skill
