Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision of daily operations
• Assist in participating promotional activities and campaigns
• Ensure the branch operations are properly managed in accordance with the company procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Review the branch procedures and operational manual on a timely basis
• Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' working experience, with 4 years' relevant experience in banking, financial industry or regulatory authority
• Sound knowledge in securities settlement and operations, relevant law and regulatory environment in Macau
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
