- Assist project-in-charge to monitor work progress and MEP progress; workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client's standards
- Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule
- Conduct safety control measures on site
- Handle site documents and maintain proper documentation at site
Requirements :
- Macau Local ID holder
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering;
- 3+ year's relevant working experience in high-end interior contracting, including at least 1 year of solid in-field experience in Building Services/ Engineering for fitting-out projects
- Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying would be of advantage
- Good communication and site management skills
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Building Services Coordinator
