Project Coordinator

What you will do

This person will join the project team in Macau. He/she will provide administrative and clerical support to the team

How you will do it 

• Provide operational and administrative supports to Engineers on various projects
• Handle project administrative duties included invoices, reports and quotations and handling telephone calls etc.
• Responsible for invoice verification and checking
• Monitor the delivery of product items and provide other ad-hoc services to the project team
• Perform ad-hoc duty as required

What we look for

Required

• High school graduate or above
• Preferably 1 year relevant working experience
• Good command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese

Preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command with English and Mandarin is a plus
• Independent, well organized with high level of accuracy and detail orientated
• Pleasant with good communication skills
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
