Digital Specialist
• Process and nurture leads from digital platforms.
• Make showroom visit appointment and/or reserve test drive with leads and arrange to Sales Consultants.
• Promote products to customers with high quality customer experience in digital platforms.
• Prepare FAQ and scripts for online leads according to marketing weekly campaigns.
• Gather insights and provide recommendations for Marketing team in terms of effectiveness and consumer behavior.
• Liaise closely with different departments to resolve customer’s concerns effectively.
• Prepare and compile daily/weekly/monthly reports to supervisor/management.
• Research advertising trends and competitor’s pricing and products.
• Analysis on appropriate placement of ads and what content will reach customers.
• Implement email marketing campaigns.
• Measure digital traffic.
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
Skills and experience required:
• Tertiary education.
• Computer literacy (knowledge of Chinese input method) / Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess excellent customer service mindset and attitude.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Organized work habits, well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Passionate about developing career in the automotive industry.
• Experience in Automotive industry / Customer services is an advantage.
• Possess valid driving license.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
