Responsibilities:
The Retail
Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the store teams to meet and
/ or exceed sales plans and business objectives. Also, he/ she will ensure operational procedures are managed in the highest standard.
Fiscal Accountability:
- Meet and exceed the sales plan
- Map out the annual sales plan for multiple
stores, achieve the aggregated stores quarterly sales plan
- Guide the store teams on short term and long
term sales action plan
- Lead the multiple stores to achieve the company’s direction and target
on category sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum
10 years management experience in all rounded retail functions
- Be
familiar with luxury/ upscale international brands
- Be
creative and initiative, hard working
- Very
organized with great attention to detail
- Commitment
to excellence
- Critical
thinking and strong problem-solving ability
- Fluent
of written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm
and pleasant personality
- Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
etc.)
- College graduation (MA or MS preferred)
