Job Responsibility

1.Aircraft Management

• Identify new business opportunities by referring new clients and new aircraft to enhance company’s aircraft fleet size;
• Responsible for effective communication between company personnel and the aircraft owner’s representatives to plan all phases of flights;
• Work closely with flight scheduler’s, aircrew members, maintenance personnel and management to ensure all parties are aware of aircraft movements and schedule;
• Control and audit aviation cost records, receipts and invoices accurately;
• Coordinate Aviation Flight log verification and trip cost data accurately;
• Monitor private jet repair and maintenance arrangements;
• Compile aircraft operational reports for clients and company personnel.

2.Macau Office Management

• Responsible for managing daily operations of Macau office, including but not limit to business registration, airport permit application, SSF contributions, taxation, office equipment and general accounting;
• Act as a representative of Macau office to handle client enquiries;
• Coordinate aircraft parking in Macau and ground service handling;
• Maintain good relationship with BAC and other business partners.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ aviation, client account management or flight planning experience and at least 2 years in business aviation;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Mature and results-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility, aircraft safety, willing to work out of business hours and under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
